　　無論你做什么工作,都一定切記要遵守英國法規(guī)。不要心存僥幸,認(rèn)為自己不會被邊境管理局查到。

　　瀏覽簽證信息，確定是否可以打工

　　首先,你要查看你護(hù)照上的簽證貼紙或入境許可,并仔細(xì)閱讀其上的說明。通常而言, 16周歲以上、并持有第四層級(Tier 4)學(xué)生簽證的學(xué)生可以打工,每周工作時(shí)間不得超過10小時(shí);在高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)接受大學(xué)學(xué)位及以上教育的學(xué)生每周最長可以工作20小時(shí)。但如果你的簽證貼紙上有“No work”(不得工作)或“Work prohibited”(禁止工作)的字樣,則你不能在學(xué)習(xí)之余打工。16歲以下的未成年人不得打工。

　　可以做哪些兼職呢? 

　　即使你的簽證允許你工作,你的工作種類也有限制。你不得從事個(gè)體戶、永久性的全職工作或作為職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員/運(yùn)動(dòng)教練/演藝人員進(jìn)行工作,但學(xué)習(xí)音樂或舞蹈的學(xué)生可以有例外:這類學(xué)生能夠參與專業(yè)表演的實(shí)習(xí)工作,但這個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)必須是由其所就讀的學(xué)校安排、并且是課程中需要進(jìn)行評價(jià)的一部分內(nèi)容。
